Qur'anic sciences — memorization, tajweed and recitation
The academy was established in Lebanon in 1441H – 2019, under the supervision of the Qur'an Service Center at Dar Al-Fatwa, Lebanon. It offers a structured curriculum in the sciences of the Qur'an, preparing a generation of proficient reciters, certified in the Qur'anic readings, who preserve the Book of Allah through sheikhs and teachers with connected chains of transmission.

Dr. Abdul Rahman Mardini, General Supervisor of Qur'anic Ijazahs, oversees this track from its start until a student attains their chain of transmission.

A program for preparing proficient students of the Qur'an, supervised by EBNL-JAZARY International Academy and the Mawzoon Qur'anic & Educational Group, through structured and flexible memorization tracks, up to certification with a connected chain of transmission.
Project OverviewDocumented assessment and continuing Qur'anic achievement
The Academy conducts documented written and practical assessments and awards completion certificates to students who meet the stated requirements. Ijazahs are granted separately within their designated Qur'anic tracks. In July 2026, a new group of formal assessment certificates was issued under structured academic and administrative supervision.

Certified sheikhs and teachers guide students in accurate transmission and precise recitation, ensuring the Qur'an is learned as it was narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.
Sheikh Samer Jallol
General Director of EBNL-JAZARY International Academy and its educational programs, and presenter of the Tajweed lesson series on the academy's channel.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Mardini
A doctor of Islamic Studies from Al-Maqasid University in Beirut, and a certified reciter (Muqri') of the ten minor and major qira'at plus the four additional readings, transmitted from a number of senior sheikhs. Oversees the academy's ijazah track and student progress toward certification.
Ustadh Amin bin Mustafa Al-Awni
A certified teacher with a connected chain of transmission, dedicated to correcting recitation and Tajweed rules for the academy's students.
