Full Qur'an Presentation for Ijazah
A complete recitation with a connected chain of transmission, presented before an accredited examining committee.
Ijazah Preparation Track
An intensive preparatory program preceding the final presentation, to ensure performance quality before certification.
Ijazah in the Ten Readings
An advanced track for presenting the full Qur'an according to the Ten Qira'at for those who meet the scholarly requirements.
General Objectives
- Preparing the student academically to obtain an ijazah with a connected chain of transmission to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
- Instilling commitment to precise Tajweed performance and recitation quality.
- Developing Qur'anic presentation skills and readiness for evaluation before the examining committee.
Enrollment Conditions
- Proficiency in correct reading from the Mus'haf.
- Full commitment to attending scheduled sessions.
- Passing the qualifying interview with the supervising teacher.
- Final approval from the academic administration.
- An accredited memorization level (at least 5 juz').
Session System
- Two sessions weekly (Wednesday and Saturday).
- 3 to 5 students maximum per circle.
- 8:00 PM Makkah time.
- Circle and teacher assigned based on the initial assessment by the supervisor.
Expected Outcomes
- Precise memorization of the assigned portion without clear error.
- Commitment to the approved practical and theoretical Tajweed rules.
- Gradual improvement in vocal performance and pausing/starting skills.
- Passing periodic assessments, then nomination for presentation before the examining committee.
